Who you are:

We are looking for a creative and operationally-driven Director of Marketing to lead PolyAI’s marketing function in the US. You will be the founding member of a new marketing team. Your responsibilities will involve designing and leading campaigns to generate commercial leads and support conversion as PolyAI enters the US market.

Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Execute PolyAI’s marketing strategy in the US.
  • Build a strong, repeatable and scalable demand generation process.
  • Design and lead marketing campaigns specific to the US.
  • Generate commercial leads for the sales team.
  • In sync with company growth, hire and lead a team of marketers

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of practical experience in a marketing role for the growth stage, B2B enterprise solutions / SaaS companies.
  • Experience leading and developing marketing teams and specifically in enterprise sales environments.
  • Ability to design and execute marketing campaigns using a variety of demand generation techniques.
  • Practical experience in marketing automation, performance marketing, content creation with consideration to search engine optimization, and account-based marketing.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collect, analyze and draw actionable insights from data.
  • East Coast based.
