We are looking for a resourceful and organized Sales Data Specialist to improve the quality of data used for our business prospecting operation.

The Role:

The Sales Data Analyst will join PolyAI’s rapidly growing business development team and be responsible for building and enriching the sales prospect database. Our business development team

Your responsibility will involve:

  • Build and enrich sales prospecting database
  • Hunt for target companies and contacts using Linkedin Sales Navigator
  • Innovating new ways to build prospect lists that are accurate and efficient
  • Hire list building contractors to enhance data collection
  • Research companies and identify sales opportunities
  • Manage the data flow between the different sales and marketing systems
  • Manage the assignment and rotation of accounts
  • Track outreach efforts and report on results

Minimum skills and experience:

  • College degree
  • 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience building sales and marketing lists

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Experience with outbound sales
  • Experience with B2B sales operations
  • SQL or other database or data science experience
  • Experience with
    • Linkedin Sales Nav
    • Zoominfo
    • Outreach
    • Lusha
    • Pardot (or HubSpot)
