We are looking for a Sales Director with experience identifying and closing six-figure software contracts at large companies. We’re looking for an experienced seller that can navigate a complex technical sale with multiple functions at large customers. You will be responsible for closing deals with our most important prospects, and you will be a core part of driving our company’s growth.

If you have a passion for winning and a proven track record of success in selling enterprise solutions, you should send us your resume. As a young company, we’re looking for people that are flexible, open-minded and can wear many hats. You’ll participate in developing the sales process while working closely and reporting directly to the CEO in a fast-paced, quickly-growing startup environment.

What you bring

  • 5-10+ years of experience selling enterprise software to large/strategic accounts
  • Have successfully sold annual contract values of at least $500,000
  • Top performer with a history of beating your quota
  • Outstanding presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
  • Flexibility, open-mindedness, and hustle
  • Desire to work in a small, early-stage company and a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working at an AI company selling C-level executives in the AI space is a bonus

What you will do

  • Apply a consultative selling approach to close deals with large companies
  • Identify, develop and create opportunities through prospecting and utilizing existing relationships
  • Shape and refine our sales process
  • Lead compelling sales presentations with all levels of a customer’s organization
  • Evangelize the value of the “journey view” and educate companies on how we can help them improve customer experience and grow revenue
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts on your pipeline
  • Articulate market feedback to commercial, product and engineering teams
  • Do whatever it takes to help set up and sustain new sales efforts for our start-up company
